Absolutely amazing experience from zen flooring start to finish, from the moment I contacted zen fantastic customer service listened to my wishes, Matt came round to measure with samples picked there and then. They went above and beyond to get my fitting booked in before my very urgent deadline which was amazing. Also the price was amazing. On the day of fitting outstanding quality, done in a timely manner was very accommodating to my busy home and and my very needy dog hahaha, couldn't have asked for anything to have gone better everything was perfect. Would just like to mention yes I should have decorated before flooring but now I can work my themes around the flooring because the flooring is the best looking part of the house now :) This company I highly recommend and will be getting the rest of my house done by zen flooring, I am so happy I went with zen thankyou so much.

Our experience with Matt was amazing from start to finish. We could be happier with how our bedroom carpets and stair runner have turned out. He gave us lots of option to choose from and was very knowledgeable. We would 100% recommend using Matt - lovely guy and a hard worker.

Matt fitted my carpets for a few rooms and the landing and stairs. Really responsive, friendly and thorough from the start, straightforward quote, and gave me options for the door bars and underlay. The carpets look really lovely, I can’t fault them. I would definitely recommend.
