"I’ll start by saying this review is written 2 months after installation. We normally go for recommendations when choosing products and retailers for large refits within our home. On this occasion we didn’t have any but found Wirral Flooring online! We can honestly say, the whole process of choosing a product, floor preparation and fitting was exceptional. Quentin and the team helped us find the correct product for us. We took various samples away to view them in our home lighting. They can look very different to the showroom. There was a home visit to survey the requirements and quote for the job. We chose Amtico signature as the floor product (to fit most of the downstairs in our home). From accepting the quote to commencing the work took approximately 5 weeks. The fitter Jamie was very professional and his attention to detail was first class. From floor preparation to completion of fitting took 2 weeks (including a week delay due to screed drying time). All this without handing over a single penny to the shop! There is no pressure for payment. They send the invoice through about a week after completion so you have plenty of time to examine the floor before payment. We are delighted with the finished product and would recommend Wirral Flooring to anyone. I have included a few photos of the floor!"
