Their knowledge and expertise made our decision so much easier. Once our order was placed we were contacted by the Wilson office team to arrange a fitting date. This process was seamless and hassle free. The carpet fitters called us in plenty of time on the day so we knew when to expect them. They were also skilled and professional and gave us tips on the upkeep of our new carpets to keep them looking like new for longer. Between us, we were able to pick the appropriate carpet, both in colour and texture. An appointment was made in due course for people to come and fit the carpet a few days later. On the day, they rang prior to arriving, and once here, they were excellent. the repair was done quickly and expertly and with minimum fuss. They even provided a front door mat out of the surplus carpet! So well done everyone at Wilsons - my first choice in the future!"
