The carpet, underlay and other fittings were excellent value for money, and the fitters arranged by them did a superb job of fitting the carpet. "Awful service! Provided shorter measurements though the shop never advised as such. When raised a complaint, it was not in their interest to resolve the issue …. The complaints department objected to anything and refused to provide partial refund as a resolution, also raised it directly with the shop and nobody has made the attempt to resolve this matter … this is unacceptable and unprofessional! Apparently there is a tolerance margin on the cutting of which I was not made aware ware at the point of the purchase at the store!! The store has no power or interest to resolve it and even the head of complaints (Joanne) who is awful in customer service had no attempt to resolve it. UPDATE Have been contacted by Richard who was very professional and kind to review the complaint. Very pleased that Richard was keen to have it resolved and is working towards a resolution. We have to a conclusion and Richard has resolved this matter. I like to thank Richard for his kindness and professionalism."
