I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrea during my visit to Wholesale Domestic today. She offered a wealth of knowledge about the company’s products & stock, as well as advising me on suitable products for my particular project. Despite flip-flopping on my choices multiple times, she was patient, friendly & honest - remaining helpful throughout my time there and provided everything I needed to make a well-informed decision regarding all the products I ended up ordering. I couldn’t be more thankful and when the time comes I will definitely be back here due to her outstanding level of customer service. Thanks again 🙏

Visited the Hillington branch on Monday 28/04/25 and the service I received from sales advisor Alice Murphy was outstanding. I went in with a list of all I needed, picked out what I liked and Alice helped with the rest, items I didn’t know I would have needed , advised on alternatives if something wasn’t in stock , she made our visit of purchasing our new bathroom so worth it , she is friendly . Knowledgeable and professional , Alice is a credit to the company.We were kept informed of our delivery date etc and everything went so smoothly. I have since brought back my sister in law to Alice to help pick out all her bathroom items and again same outstanding service.

I recently visited the Hillington branch and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Sales advisor Linda Doran was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I arrived with a list of what I needed, picked out a few items I liked, and Linda took it from there. She guided me through items I hadn’t even considered, offered great alternatives for anything that wasn’t in stock, and made the whole experience of purchasing our new bathroom completely stress-free. Linda was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout – truly a credit to the company. I also want to give a shoutout to Bernard Watson, who helped us choose wall panelling and advised us on the trims we’d need. He was super friendly and helpful, and his advice really made a difference. Thanks again to both Linda and Bernard for making our visit such a positive experience!
