We had a pretty urgent and large wooden flooring and stairs carpet refurbish to do. From the initial quotation and options to the installation, Scott was absolutely amazing. I popped into the showroom last week wanting our stairs, landing and one bedroom carpeted. Will K. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable discussing options and provided me with some samples to take home. Just by chance Matthew the fitter had a job cancel on him and was able to fit us in a few days after ordering. My wife and I have a 4 week old baby and have been camping out in the living room until the carpet was laid down. So we were very appreciative of the quick turnaround and before Christmas! Matthew and Josh the fitters were very professional, friendly and did a terrific job. The carpet makes such a difference, my wife and I are over the moon. We'll be in touch with Vincent Flooring in the new year to get a couple more rooms done!
