I visited the store yesterday to choose a new mattress for my Grandad and we were welcomed into the store by very friendly staff and shown where the mattresses were displayed. The staff came to check we were ok and helped us choose the right mattress. It was really easy to order and arrange delivery and we will use United again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. From start to finish everyone was very professional. Mark who was very helpful when we went in and talked us through what would work best and we never felt rushed. Would definitely recommend

Benjamin Fisher (TheBeardedQuack) (4): Staff seem generally quite helpful but also seem more than happy to round up a few quid here and they and hope your elderly gran won't notice. EDIT: Purchased a mattress for myself online and whilst I was late for the delivery they were generous enough to wait 30m for my arrival. With the overall friendliness and effort I want to believe the previous in store experience was out of ignorance rather than malice.
