"Absolutely fantastic, both gentlemen we have dealt with were brilliant. The man (and I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name) who sold us the carpet was so knowledgeable and helped us to find the perfect carpet for my children’s bedroom. I sometimes find these kinds of places have a really hard sell and a lot of pressure to actually buy and there really wasn’t. He made us feel right at home and was happy to advise and answer any questions! Also the carpet fitter was lovely, he was efficient, kept us notified of when he was going to turn up and respected our home. The carpet is beautiful and has transformed the room! The whole experience did feel so personalised and not just buying a carpet, I without doubt will be back when I need my bedroom carpet replacing."
