I had just come out of the train station when the chain on my bike fell off and got stuck in gear. I tried to fix it myself but to no avail and even broke my hand. It was the gentleman from the shop (I think the nice man was the owner) who offered to help me fix the bike together! But I just parked the bike there. Even though I didn't come here to buy a carpet, I know that a nice guy like that can certainly do a great job at whatever he does!

No pressure selling, just good honest advice, carpet quality was excellent, and a very competitive price. Fitters were polite and courteous, arrived on time and did a fantastic job, all in all, a very happy customer.

Guy in the shop was very helpful and sorted out our purchase and arranged fitting very professionally. Fitters done a great job and in good time too. Thank you.
