"These guys are really great! I placed an order with CarpetRight for a large hall stairs and landing (70 sq/m) and they scheduled to fit it a couple of weeks before xmas. The only reason we ordered from CarpetRight was because they were the only company we could find that would promise fitting before xmas. They then postponed it until 22nd Dec. At midday on 21st Dec we had a phone call from CarpetRight to say that they couldn't actually fit the carpet anymore! So on 21st I phoned round about 20 fitters who were understandably totally booked up and it looked like we were going to have to cancel our 9 guests that were due to arrive the following week. Turners stepped in and baled us out. Within 3 hours of us hearing that CarpetRight had let us down they had collected the carpet and were on their way to us to fit it the same day, absoluting amazing. They stayed late to make it happen for us, we can't thank them enough! I would recommend Turners without question, very enthusiastic and polite fitters that did an excellent job, well done."
