They were totally committed to the job and when we had a couple of minor issues (not their fault) they were put right immediately. Excellent service and installation from Bernard & the team at Transform Staircases. Bernard worked with us to pick the right staircase for us. The Installation guys were brilliant, friendly efficient, skilled and very tidy. The whole experience was great from start to finish.

I contacted Mr Bernard before we got the keys to our new home and he came down, provided us with a quote and 3 months after, we got our keys and Mr Bernard came down to the house, honoured his previous quote and fitted us in despite the short notice as we needed the job done ASAP, they even worked on the weekend to make sure it's done.
