They were  very responsive to my initial request for a quote coming out to understand my requirements  within a few days of request and providing the quote  very quickly which was well received. Robin is respectful and customer focused. Its clear he is really skilled at his craft , is hardworking and pays attention to detail when doing his job. He was also very tidy and made sure there was no mess left when the job was completed. Total floors has a really good set of samples for all types of flooring and carpets.
