"Excellent customer Service from James, JJ and Jason. I first called into store a couple of months ago to browse for bathroom tiles. James was super helpful and answered all my questions with such a nice manner. I recently came back to store to place an order for the bathroom tiles I previously looked at and because the store has such a great selection of tiles I spotted some for the kitchen and downstairs area. James and JJ again gave great customer service, nothing was too much trouble for them and I really appreciated the help with taking the sample tiles home which was carried out to my car. When we came back in to order, Jason also gave great customer service and was super helpful with the measurements and working out how many tiles we would need to order. Overall each time I have been to store I have been impressed with the standard of customer service and enjoyed the experience of shopping for the tiles because of all 3 Guys.
