"Fantastic customer service today. I went in to order a small numbe4 of tiles (13). The sample I have is at least 2 years old. We discovered they were being discontinued, stocks were low and the staff member quickly sourced stock from 2 other stores in the south of the UK. Phone calls were made to confirm quantities, and availability. I was delighted to find that 16 tiles were available ( including 4 in the store I visited (Launceston) Finally even better news, the price was heavily discounted as well. All in all a good mornings shopping!"
