"I visited the store twice today 1st time was to purchase two garden tiles, I was served by Michael who was very professional he ordered my tiles and explained they would be in the shop Friday, when paying he explained the gift of rounding up the purchase was 41 pence which goes to Alzheimer’s research I gifted, when arriving home I realised I had ordered the wrong tiles, I rang the shop and Laura answered the phone we agreed that I would return with a piece of tile I had to show which tile I needed. When arriving at the shop I was greeted by Laura and Michael I purchased the two tiles I needed, Michael cancelled my first purchase and I paid for the correct tiles, both staff were so helpful pleasant and are a credit to your shop."
