Vinnie helped us today and he was fantastic, considering we walked into the store at 20 to 5 on a Saturday afternoon his energy didn’t reflect that. He walked us round the store and helped us find a match to our original tiles. Also he helped us by writing out all the prices and names of the products we had chosen. Have been into the Crawley branch twice in the last week and they were brilliant. Offered excellent advice which worked superbly. Had all the tools I needed. Today I needed a small quantity of grout to fill a crack between tiles and they found me a small quantity from an open pack which they had used themselves. Saved me nearly £30. This branch will always be my first port of call for anything tile-related in future!! Thanks to Chris for all his help and advice.

Deputy Manager Leah helped me choose a product to seal my fabulous Amazone floor limestone (also from Topps tiles - bought last year - gorgeous!) and they were there to assist very quickly. This branch is easy to find, near Gatwick and would very much recommend.
