Being a complete novice in tiling, it was amazing to have someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Neil for all my questions and I had a lot of questions. Would highly recommend. Neil provided excellent customer service.

Recently my wife and I received great service from Henry ..much appreciated ...2 days prior to our visit my wife visited alone and would describe the service from an unknown lady as appalling . Was not interested and my wife left quite disappointed..she redoubled her efforts and researched further on the website only to find what she went in for was available but to order ...the lady not interested in passing this info on ..led us to going back in to get what we wanted but to meet Henry who could only be described as engaging helpful and interested..order now complete ..happy overall but could easily have been this way before and an order easily lost

I have been using this store for a few years now and each time I have a better experience. Thanks you Neil for making the effort to check the batch numbers on the boxes , a true professional!. See you all again soon ! .
