I went into Topps Tiles Egham with zero knowledge of what I needed to tile ontop of wood - I was greeted by Andrew who helped me find everything I needed and explained to me what each item was for- I would have given 5 stars for the customer service... my only constructive feedback is to please get some air con- it is boiling in the shop and customers and staff were melting
