Excellent customer service from all the staff at Topps, Durham. Jake advised me on the quantaties of mozaics, borders, corners and plain black tiles required, Becca advised me on the correct adhesive and grout for outside, Grace provided me with a cost for all of the items required and expected delivery date at store. Upon their arrival at store, I had assistance loading the materials onto the van. All the staff involved are extremely knowledgeable, and provided me with the outstanding care and attention. I would highly recommend Topps, Durham for all of your tiling requirements.

Absolutely fantastic service. The girls instore spent time trying to find my builder's account, which saved me a nice few quid on my order. I then found (2 weeks later) that the trims I'd bought were too deep. These were exchanged, no questions asked. Brilliant, would recommend.
