Each time I arrived staff were friendly and helpful and gave me great advice on what I needed and why. Pete in particular was so helpful and kind - I was always glad he was there when I returned with questions or issues I needed to solve. He listened patiently to me and always found solutions. He even took it upon himself to carry heavy items to my car for me without ever being asked.
