Friendly, helpful staff. I've been here a few times for different projects. There's a good variety of tiles, and they've got grout sample sticks so you can check exactly which colour grout you want.

So pleased with the antique white tiles that I got for my ensuites. Tried them out horizontal and vertical in each and love them both ways. The team at Topps Tiles were so helpful and friendly. I was able to take the unused tiles back and even got a refund for single tiles rather than it having to be a full box.
