Just visited this store to pick up tiles for our new bathroom. Anna, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful. She searched stock in neighbouring stores to find sufficient for us, called to check online figures were right, and reserve them for us. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, warm and had a lovey sense of humour. Excellent service.

Very knowledgeable team and well run store! Went in with part of a cracked tile, they helped me match it, get the right grout and even told me the best way to swap out without damaging the rest! I was in and out very quickly with the best advice that saved me so much money! Thank you Anna and team!! Xx
