I recently did our bathroom and had received excellent service from Tile Station, Gravesend branch. The customer service agent who impressed me the most was Girish. Very knowledgeable and good understanding of the taste of customer he is dealing with and does not shy from making suggestions which all turned out to be good. After sale customer service from him regarding delivery, exchange, extra orders and other queries were also much appreciated. Was available through WhatsApp and very eager to help as good salesmen are. The manager of the Gravesend Jaan, is also very helpful. Overall this was a good experience. Their product quality for the price is also good. But one should do their own research as we did and bought from other retailers where ever we got better price and quality, like our tankless smart bidet. But overall highly recommended.
