After first contacting him, Craig was quick to get back to me, and came out that day to have a look around the house. He offered lots of advice, and we never felt pressured to commit to anything, although we were happy with the written quote he provided. We are really impressed with the quality of the work, Craig takes the time to do the job to the highest standard rather than trying to cut corners and do things quickly. This included numerous time consuming fixes to our floor boards, especially on our landing which hadn't been left in a great state by previous works and was noticeably uneven and noisy - however, it now feels as good as new.
