Richard gave us clear and expert advice on a choice of carpet after at least 5 years of pondering and later delivered a sample booklet to us when we questioned our original choice. The quote was efficient and reasonable and we were able to discuss awkward issues and repairs. Sean and Patrick fitted the carpets to our whole house and were outstanding in detail, expertise and flexibility. Also, a historical problem with our Amtico floor was repaired. They are very friendly, helpful and good humoured which helps the process when it lasts 3 days. So glad we found a local company with such high standards. Thank you."
