He came round for a measure up, brought some samples he thought we might like. Gave us some good advice. We weren't pushed to make up our mind. But from decision to ordering to fitting it was all done pretty quick. Good quality carpet at a very decent price. Love what we picked and so soft under my feet. So happy with it all!
