"UPDATE, BETTER EXPERIENCE - Based on our bad experience below; Ben from the company made good by offering us a free rug. This was a lovely gesture and helped to rectify our bad experience. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE - We were looking for a rug for our new bedroom & met with Les today, who was helpful at first, showing us samples and the remnant off cuts which have been made into rugs from previous jobs. Les went on to mention we could also find remnants at the Fulham branch which may have what we were after. We then spent some time looking at samples in the shop to pick out what we liked and the rough dimensions we were looking for. We suggested to email Les our samples and dimensions so he could see if any like-for-like remnants were existing at the other branches with the intention of buying something, and if not going down the bespoke route to craft our ideal rug. However, instead of helping us Les got very rude and said he had no time to help us by checking stock in other branches, and suggested we go and look ourselves. He claimed he just got back from holiday and had too many emails to look at another email, and therefore no time to help us.... We thought this would be a tailored custom service, and were willing to pay much more for something bespoke, but we left feeling attacked to be honest and treated as if our custom wasn't needed. As such the company lost a potential customer willing to pay up to £500. Maybe Les needs to go on a longer holiday next time."
