Fabulous team to deal with, introduction by our neighbour a Nick who works there, Craig was very speedy at quoting our chosen carpet and getting us booked in and Liam did an amazing job at laying some tricky stairs and large landing area with a herringbone effect pattern. Can't praise the whole team enough and am already recommending them to others! Polite, clean, tidy. All rubbish removed after fitting and a vacuumed! Was not expecting that!

Very happy to have used Floorsmiths in favour of another large national company who measured our flooring and somehow managed to find an extra 5m2 of flooring to charge us for. Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful as a first point of contact and went clearly through colour and size options for our herringbone flooring. The fitters Shaun and Will were very professional , courteous and friendly. They made a fantastic job of laying the flooring through hallway, kitchen and utility area. Also an excellent job of cleaning up, there was not a sign that they’d even been here upon completion, apart from a lovely new floor of course! Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks to the whole team.

From the initial enquiry right through to completion the service we received was first class. Sam and the Team are extremely professional and friendly and really did focus on listening to our needs and requirements. Really helpful and understanding of what we needed with samples and options whilst sharing honest opinion on what was good, better or best. From the original enquiry to fitting the communication and care was brilliant. On the day of fitting care was taken at our home and everything was clean and tidy when it was all finished.
