"After being horribly let down by Carpetright when they went into administration, I was recommended to try Carpet Barn, and honestly I wish I’d have known sooner! I popped in, where they helped me find like for like and matched our original quote (which was pretty much exactly what it ended up being after official measurements!) and also HUNDREDS of pounds more reasonably priced. This was in August, they came out and measured a week later. I didn’t end up getting my money back until October, so when I called them back I was worried something might have changed, but they were more than happy to honour my months old quote, and within minutes had a fitter booked in for a week later. I cannot fault their customer service, each and every member of staff I spoke to were friendly, helpful and kind, and went above and beyond. The carpet and underlay is top quality, and fitted perfectly. I won’t ever use another company for flooring. 100 stars :)"
