"Excellent customer service, Mark & John honestly couldn’t be more helpful, I have been using the equipment & their chemicals for over 3 years now and always achieve fantastic results, leaving customers over the moon. Going back to the customer service, I phoned up the office today and spoke with Mark regarding some information I required about one of their products, he took the time out of his day to spend about 30 minutes on the phone with me answering and explaining everything throughly and clearly leaving me very confident.
