Each time, they have been great all the way through the process. Lee is brilliant to deal with and is very patient when you're choosing the door and tweaking options, the guys doing the survey and the fitting are very friendly and professional, they do a splendid job and leave everything nice and tidy. The resulting windows and doors are incredibly smart and we've been very happy with them. In the past, we had issues where a couple of our massive windows dropped, and I contacted Lee and it was sorted really quickly. That level of post sales care is a really good test of a company IMO.
