Andrew completely reassured her that if she didn’t feel she wanted a carpet he could make her a rug to fit exactly the area she needed. He was so so patient with her and there was no pressure whatsoever, just a desire for her to be happy. She decided on a rug. He took photos of her bedspread so he could match the colours with his warehouse carpets and made her a lovely bespoke rug to match her exact needs and she was sooo happy with the result.
