"Outstanding Service from Beginning to End. This is our second time using Surrey Floors & Kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall results! We faced the challenge of an uneven concrete floor downstairs with a concrete/wood subbase that needed levelling with screed/plywood, and uneven floorboards on the top floor. From selecting materials to implementation, the team was professional, efficient, and meticulous. They provided excellent advice on choosing the perfect flooring, completed the installation on time, and ensured everything was flawless before they left. "SFK installed hardwood floors to three rooms in the downstairs of our house. Christian worked patiently with us to get the specific style of hardwood that we wanted and in the bespoke colour that we needed, form a producer that we had selected. Christian checked the product first before installing to make sure that the quality was acceptable, as it was much better value than other producers. He confirmed it was and SFK then did an efficient and high quality installation at a very reasonable price (we obtained quotes from several local fitters, so compared the pricing). We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use SFK again. Thank you Christian and team!"

"We used Surrey floors throughout our ground floor to fit V4 Flooring’s brushed matt oak herringbone ZB109. Initially we considered asking our builder fit the floor due to cost however, when Victor came to quote for us and talk us though the fitting process I was so impressed that I was sure I wanted Surrey Floors to do the work. He really understood what I wanted and had intelligent solutions to some of the issues the unconventional layout of the extension threw up, including a brick step I wanted to keep. When it came to the fitting, I was not disappointed, Victor was professional, tidy and methodical, there were a few instances where he needed another piece of beading (our patio doors were just fitted and were lower than the originals) and this was no problem. Speaking to Emma in the office was also great, she was so helpful and patient answering all our questions and was the one who recommended V4 Floors (who were also brilliant). I cannot fault any aspect of their service and I am completely in love with my floors, the finish and the border around the fireplace and doors just add to the look and I’m very proud to finally have the home I’ve waited for, the floors being a major factor in that."
