We visited Steven at his store a few times over a number of years before we were finally ready to purchase. Every single interaction with him and his team was friendly, professional and informative. Like the previous reviewer I have just finished having the whole of my downstairs fitted with Oak Herringbone Parquet. I knew about SR's reputation and had seen flooring done by this company and knew I would not be disappointed. That is an understatement. The flooring is absolutely stunning! The quality of the workmanship is just so good i was literally crying when i saw it. These guys have been in the business for a long time for good reason: they are the best at what they do. Couldn't be happier!! Doesn't hurt a bit that they are nice people too. I’ve since had some of the same flooring fitted upstairs and just couldn’t be happier. Just stunningly beautiful!
