When we visited the showroom, we were able to discuss the best approach and received excellent advice. We were not pressured in any way and once we had identified a couple of options, they suggested that we took sample books home. This proved to be good advice. The estimator arrived punctually to measure and we were able to have a further discussion about the detail. We were pleased that the fitters also arrived punctually, worked incredibly hard and the end result was superior to any carpet that we ever had fitted previously. Jamie and Luke were polite, careful and considerate, and left everything tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job."
