Gary was excellent, he came out to us at a convenient time, he had all the samples for us to choose from and we could also keep hold of them. His quote was supplied quickly and was easy to understand and laid out all out options. Ordering was a simple process and fitting was booked quickly and at a date suitable to us. The fitters were polite, helpful and efficient and they left everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Simply flooring and will be using them again in the future. I can highly recommend Gary and his team. From start to finish Gary and his fitters went above and beyond, waiting patiently for us to be ready to go ahead without the hard sell, offering options to suit our need and budget, answering all the questions. Once the job started they adjusted the price (downwards) once the job had begun as the subfloor was in a better condition than thought. So easily could have stuck to the agreed price. Fitters were nice and polite, tidy and thorough. Work finished to a very high standard and am very pleased. I will definitely use them again.

The company and fitters were so professional, friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them for price service and work completed, on pricing cheaper than high street carpet companies but result amazing.
