"The best experience I have ever had with a flooring company. Very punctual, incredibly professional throughout and did a fantastic job. All paperwork was sent in advance with clear instructions and after care information. The price was affordable and in line with other companies within the area. The fitter arrived on the day and really went above and beyond to create a nice finish to the job. He was also really friendly and chatty, taking time to explain everything and talk through what he was doing. I won’t hesitate to use them again and I feel like they offer a really top notch service at a reasonable price."

"The end product is great - an extended engineered oak flooring in an extension, lining up perfectly with the original wood floor. Also a newly tiled floor in the utility. The timings of the visits (check dryness of the concrete sub-floor, adding screed, delivery of the goods and then installation) was not planned out in advance, but it ended up working well. The staff all helpful and friendly. Communication with the office nearly all by phone."

"SFS was recommended to me by my brother who said they were simply fantastic, he wasn’t wrong from stepping foot in the showroom and meeting Lisa and the gang to the completion of the job couldn’t be happier, loads of choice and advice when picking the flooring, easy to arrange measuring up and at this point no obligation to buy however I was stunned by the price as I was expecting double, had all my old flooring removed and skirting, guys arrived on time were friendly and efficient concrete floors required a little bit of evening out this was all taken care of without delay. Mark arrived to fit the floor and he was the best, his workmanship was second to none he never stopped and did the most beautiful job looks like a different home.
