Absolutely fantastic service and support. The team helped select the right tile, the amount, the volume of adhesive and grout, and every bit of advice was spot on, no waste and great support. I was after a very specific type of tile to create a small splash back/upstand for a customer's cloakroom basin .Ian and Jess couldn't have been more helpful in helping me even though I only needed a few tiles.I have been using DTI for years now and they never fail to deliver top service and advice.This is a long overdue pat on the back to the great team who always provide fantastic service.I wouldn't use any other supplier for my installations. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at first in my bathroom so being able to feel comfortable browsing was really important to me. Once I had some ideas I sought the advice of Jess who was clearly knowledgeable but spoke my amateur language. She never once impressed her own opinion but instead offered ideas that I hadn't considered. She was patient and supportive and ensured I had everything I needed to do the job. There was a little hiccup with the order that was no one's fault but unlike many other shops Jess apologised instantly and resolved the issue without question. I even got some pennies back! The delivery driver whose name I never received, was respectful and polite, thoughtful and kind and even offered to work late to fit around my tight work schedule.
