We had our vinyl flooring fitted today, and I am blown away. Santone were amazing from the get go. Amber came for a home visit and quote. She came packing a car filled to the brim with samples - including some we fell in love with. Amber was incredibly efficient, and was able to provide us with a quote on the spot. My partner explained to Amber that I have some health issues, including intense anxiety and a form of agoraphobia. She spoke really calmly around me, and I felt as relaxed as I could be (given the circumstances!). The quote was emailed through to us, and we swiftly paid the deposit, and booked the fitting in for a months time, so we could split the payment over two months at our end. Today was the date of the appointment, and the three men who showed up were lovely. They were friendly, fast, and good at what they do. After around 20 minutes of them being here, I even managed to fall asleep and stay that way for the rest of the fitting. Feeling safe enough to fall asleep is a big deal to me - and what’s even bigger, is that their house didn’t wake me for an hour or so! However, the part that made me come straight here to leave the review is this… A few hours after the fitting, Amber called my partner and explained to him that she remembered I have anxiety issues, and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly from my perspective. Not only did she remember that detail after a month, but she also cared enough to make the phonecall (which isn’t standard practice within their company). Unfortunately, I have 4 rooms, and the last room I massive compared to the other 3 I got fitted today. So it’s going to take me a while to save up for that one. But there is no chance I’d go anywhere else when the time comes! As well as that, I sent pictures to my landlord, who is in love with the vinyl and asked for their details for an imminent project. I gave them over immediately, along with a glowing review. I will, without a doubt, be back!

They fitted my first carpet in 1988 in my first house! I dealt with Sandra and Tony who started the business, then their son Paul & his wife Lorraine now his Daughter Amber. They are punctual, quality of fitting is superb and they go above and beyond. They visit you in your home with samples and will even leave samples with you so you can decide on the carpet that’s right for you. I can highly recommend them!
