"Outstanding, salisbury carpets did my whole house 8 years ago but I’m now doing a refresh! I emailed on the website contact form and heard back from the extremely efficient Paula within a very short period of time, she booked Jamie in to my requested time slot that I could make and Jamie arrived with samples in hand one minute before our allotted time! Jamie left me with the samples and went straight into measuring! I am almost as efficient as Paula so had both cloakroom and hall stairs and landing chosen within minutes, although I did ask for Jamie’s help in the final carpet selection to go with the new coir matting!
