Communication was strong at all times. The staff that fitted the carpets were superb. We had one teething problem that wasn’t anybodies fault and the manager was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to amend the teething problem. She genuinely cares about her customers. The quality of the carpets is very high. We are delighted.
