Trevor and the team at the Aylesbury branch were incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant to work with for my carpet + laminate purchase. The purchase experience and post purchase support were both incredibly good. I had some concerns on how carpets could be fitted in specific parts of my property, and the team were on hand to answer any questions and proactively contacted the carpet fitter to ensure it could be done. The carpets + laminate were delivered on time and the end result of the fitted carpets is great. I got referred to by my old roommate as I had just moved into my first flat and every other carpet company were quoting horribly expensive amounts. The quote I got given by these guys was very good. They came over on Friday and it only took just over an hour for them to do 2 big rooms and a long hallway. The results were incredible and I am beyond happy with the job they’ve done and it’s lovely not to be walking on concrete anymore haha! I would highly highly recommend these people as not only did they do a good job, they were very understanding of situation and budget and accommodated both very well. The carpet itself is great quality and soft and it’s a gorgeous colour. I would definitely use these guys again for future carpets. ❤️

Fantastic service from start to finish - someone came to measure just 1 week after we popped into the shop to just get some inspiration. We choose to do the whole house in the same carpet which also resulted in a discount being granted by the team which was hugely appreciated. Zabina was always on hand for questions, and very helpful! We were redecorating the whole house and so she split our fittings over 3 sessions and didn't express any annoyance (in fact, I think it was their idea!). The carpets were stored by them for 3 months and this also didn't bother them. Really happy with the service and I've already recommended to a friend. I wish them every luck in the future.
