"After being let down last minute by another carpet fitter, I was so pleased to find Sammy and his team. I received excellent customer service from start to finish. They were able to squeeze in the fitting with short notice, even during the busy lead-up to Christmas. Sammy gave great recommendations on products and at very good prices too. Despite having a very busy day and not being able to get to me until late in the afternoon, the friendly team still fitted my carpets as promised. The skirting boards were slightly damaged by the hard backing of one carpet (unavoidable by the fitters) but Sammy, who even showed up on site to oversee the job, immediately offered to send someone back the following day to touch up the paint work - which they did. Sammy went above and beyond at every stage of the process, always remaining in excellent communication, clear planning, and reassurance that the job would be done well, and to meet my deadline. I would certainly use again and highly recommend."
