"I must say, I don't tend to leave reviews but after my experience with Quay Carpets, I must review. Not enough people give a review after a positive experience. I got new carpets fitted in my flat. When asking for quotes, I was offered a wide range of different types of carpets. Graham at Quay Carpets was extremely accommodative. I set out a budget and give him an idea of what colour/material I was interested in. After a informative debate, I had made my very well guided choice. The flat was measured and the carpets fitted in no time at all! The people who fitted the carpets were very polite and they got the job done quickly and effectively. Now I love the way my flat looks. It actually feels like a home now. I can't recommend Quay Carpets enough! As I have been to the majority of other carpet shops in the local area. None of which even came close to the kind and genuine service that Quay Carpets has to offer. Either way, don't go off of the reviews.
