From that first call, having Andy out to measure & show me the best options (I have 3 big dogs so was looking for something specifically for them) from paying up my flooring until I was ready to have the fitters in was pleasant. The staff were always friendly and patient on the phone. The fitters were Scott & Scott - they are cracking guys they worked quickly and kept me updated on what they were doing next. Their work was 10/10 so much so when I come to order from prestige floors again I’m going to request these 2 guys to lay my bedroom floors.
