He has been able to talk through in detail, the tiles we require even ensuring we have the match for an existing tile, but in the old sizing. Great service all round and what he doesn't know about tiles isn't worth knowing!"

"I have recently bought a new house and the builder used Porcelanosa tiles as an option for flooring, however lacked variety and the size of samples made it hard to get a feel for certain tiles, so I decided to visit the Porcelanosa showroom on Scotswood Road and I'm so glad I did. First off I spoke to Adam to get a rough estimate on pricing and also his opinion on tile finishes and sizes given the size of my home and he was extremely helpful and professional. After this meeting I decided to cancel all my options with the builder of my house and buy from Porcelanosa directly. On my second trip to the showroom, I spoke to Phillip who was equally as professional and helpful. Phillip was also extremely knowledgable and after discussing all available options, I was able to make a very clear cut decision on which tiles to go for and the best sizes for each room with no doubts. After this was out of the way, I paid my deposit, agreed a delivery date and that was that. My tiles were all delivered on the date arranged well packed on a pallet. Whilst not offering fitting themselves, Phillip pointed me in the direction of Craig from Latitude Bathroom Solutions. After contacting Craig, we agreed a date for work to commence. Craig turned up with his apprentice, Tony, and discussed different ways of laying the tiles and offered his opinion on which would look best, after a brief discussion all decisions were made and work began. They worked solid long days from early in the morning till late at night for over a week. As a result of their hard work, the finish achieved was fantastic and the workmanship is flawless throughout. I honestly could not have had a better experience from start to finish, Porcelanosa on Scotswood Road & Latitude Bathroom Solutions would both be the first place I would go to for any future work and I would recommend them to anyone who wanted the most professional service available.
