Very thorough and professional. Paul came and visited the house first to check out the state of the carpets and then talked me through what he needed to do. We have light coloured carpets that have been lain long before we bought the house, and we have two dogs. I’d tried a rug doctor before but it hadn’t really cleaned it properly. It is also an excuse to have a good tidy out as you need to clear your rooms as much as possible. Paul provides detailed instructions. Very satisfied. And beats buying new carpets! Would highly recommend.

When Paul arrived at our house we just left him to it and I was amazed on our return . Frankly I was waiting for a carpet fitter to walk into the room as the carpets looked brand new and the colour was fully restored. We take care not to allow people to enter the house with shoes on and have boot covers for workmen so I was very surprised when I saw the colour of the water at the end of the job. Paul not only cleaned the carpets he gave me lots of tips with regards to looking after them, but the most amazing one was giving me a quick lesson in the CORRECT way to use the hoover !!! Who knew there was a wrong way ?? Excellent service in every way.

Fabulous, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient service from start to finish. This man certainly knows what he’s doing and I’m sure will add longevity to most carpets. We would highly recommend Paul to anybody who needs their carpet/s or upholstery cleaned.
