Oxbridge Flooring - Luxury vinyl Installation in Berkhamsted

Over the previous few months we have got Oxbridge Flooring to do our kitchen floor as well carpet our stairs, master bedroom, spare bedroom and upstairs hallway. We are absolutely delighted with the look and feel of it all. Everyone has commented on how what an improvement it is. The people fitting the carpet or flooring were always on time, polite and efficient in getting the work completed. I would recommend that their communication could improve significantly. Reason for saying that is in getting new kitchen flooring they said we would need to remove all the skirting to ensure the everything could fit. In reality when they came to do the job it was apparent that that wasn’t required and all we’ve done is created another unnecessary job for ourselves. That’s the only minor annoyance we have. Aside from that they’ve been brilliant.

We discovered them quite by accident and found them to have a terrific selection. They were full good ideas and options and no pressure. They warned us off amtico and confirmed what had heard about their plummet in quality. They had exactly what we wanted, came round to quote promptly. They sent a super chap to do the work who did a great job and we're delighted with the result and very happy we found Oxbridge flooring. I think I know why there are some negative reviews; they fit contract quality flooring in thousands of new builds all over the place. This always awarded to the lowest bidder. If you're daft enough to a) buy a new build and b) a Barratt home what do you expect? Frankly carpets and floors are going to be the least of your problems. I know I've worked in these ghastly places and most will be in ruins well before the mortgage is paid off.

I needed some vinyl flooring for my small study. Other providers were inflexible, pricey and trying to upsell all sorts of stuff I didn't need or want.
