"I contracted my home renovation project with Owen. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong but the Owen team were so attentive throughout the project that the end result is gorgeous! I had luxury vinyl laminate flooring throughout my house, a new staircase, bannisters and tile installed in my foyer. I noticed a fluke defect in the vinyl plank when the floor was almost complete. My installer confirmed the defect. Owen owner, Kevin came out to my house with the manufacturer representative to assess and I ended up having all of it replaced with a different vinyl manufactured by the same company. This meant that my bannisters and handrails had to be restrained. It was delay after delay after delay but every step of the way, Owen was supporting me. None of the issues were the fault of Owen, honestly it was just bad luck but they could not have been more helpful. Charlotte Barnes did the beautiful design. I can not speak highly enough of the subcontractors who completed the work. Josh Kerr did a beautiful job with the foyer tile. My highest praise goes to Trevor Reimer and Tobie. Trevor and Doug were my flooring and stair installers. They do the most amazing work; their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail can not be overstated. Tobie is a marvel, coordinating all of the work, following up on shipping delays and ensuring I was pleased with the product I received. She actually ordered the top tread for my staircase three times to ensure Trevor and I were pleased that the colour matched the variation in the flooring. One always expects some sort of problem with any renovation but I seemed to encounter every possible problem. The Owen team really stepped up so this incredibly painful reno had a positive result. I couldn’t be happier with my house!"

"Owen Flooring has done nearly every floor in our entire house and tiled a bathroom for us. The employees were always courteous, friendly and professional. The owner himself even assisted in helping us at the store. There was an issue with one of the tiles cracking on the floor and they sent someone the very next day to fix the issue, no questions asked. Also the house looks incredible now!"

"I have been exclusively using Owen Flooring for a few years now, to be honest I'm not sure what first brought me into the store back then but man am I glad that I did. It was so refreshing to be in a place of business where the owner/ salesman didn't really care to try to sell me anything. He just was excited to offer me a doughnut from a local bakery and show me all the cool product that he caries that no one else in town does. Years later here we are, they have just done a very nice and welcomed addition to their show room. Building is absolutely beautiful now and now has ample space for all the very well organized and frequently updated samples. This is more than a flooring store, as they are continually trying to find better ways to aid their clients in satisfying their design dreams, they are now the areas only Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper dealer. What a match made in heaven, if you want the best product on your floor why wouldn't you want the best for your walls too. Having recently done a large renovation to my home I can say that Owen Flooring was a joy to work with start to finish, their whole team is fantastic. Very thankful for how accommodating they were with changing timelines, as well as their eye for detail. In conclusion save yourself the effort of shopping around for your next reno project, Owen will not be the cheapest but I guarantee that your experience and finished result will be the best."
