This is the first time we've bought carpet online and we're not disappointed. When I ordered free samples of carpet I got a WhatsApp message from Ben advising me of expected delivery date. I had a query and sent a WhatsApp message to Ben who answered promptly. We chose our carpet and placed the order, with free delivery on a date that I chose. I was kept informed every step of the way and were given a 2 hour window for delivery. The delivery man was very helpful also. Our carpet which cost a fraction of the price we'd have paid in a shop is lovely. Good quality, luxurious feeling carpet. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for excellent customer service and high quality capet. Thank you.

Fantastic company to deal with. We needed 100m2 of Polyflor LVT so sent a WhatsApp message on Tuesday to check they had this in stock. Ben answered immediately to confirm they did. I placed the order online and picked Thursday as a delivery date fully expecting that to be pushed back however I then received confirmation the order would indeed arrive on Thursday. On the morning of delivery, I received a message from Ben with a delivery time slot. The delivery man arrived promptly and was courteous, pleasant and helpful. The price for the flooring was the cheapest I could find.
